MAINTENANCE

Periodically check all FATDAPTER components for any excessive wear or cracking. Replace any worn or failing components immediately.

WARRANTY

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER

Tagkor Enterprises LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) machined components carry a limited lifetime warranty for defects in material and workmanship. Coverage begins on the user’s date of original purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser. Proof of original purchase is required. The warranty does not cover defects arising from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, lack of maintenance, normal wear, failure to install according to the instructions and proper procedures, or theft. Hardware, clamping devices and skewers are subject to wear and over-tightening therefore are limited to a 2-year warranty.

YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS LIMITED TO PRODUCT REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE EXCLUDING TAXES AND/OR SHIPPING. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGE TO MATING COMPONENTS, ROOF RACK, AUTOMOBILE, AND/OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR PROPERTY. YOU ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS.

WARRANTY RETURNS

Please visit the Return Policy and request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Once an email is received with a RGA number, please include a copy of the email in your return. We are not responsible for return freight costs. All freight must be pre-paid, no collect shipments accepted.

NON-WARRANTY RETURNS

Only items purchased direct from us can be returned for non-warranty credit. For all other returns, please contact your place of original purchase. Hardware, skewers and strapping devices are subject to wear and over-tightening therefore are limited to a 2-year warranty.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Not responsible for damage to mating components, roof rack or automobile. Warranty/Refund value limited to original purchase price excluding taxes and/or shipping.
